1. Fix one end of teflon conveyor belt on drying equipment rack with fixture, and tighten the conveyor belt with pulley at the other end until no obvious sag is found on teflon conveyor belt bearing wheel.
2. Teflon conveyor belt coil iron core on the rotation of the axis, and will be rolled up, pay attention to the upper and lower cover adhesive direction before putting on the shelf.
3. If the teflon conveyor belt is to be replaced, the new conveyor belt can be connected with the old conveyor belt, and the unloading and installation of the new Teflon conveyor belt can be carried out simultaneously.
4. For horizontal conveying drying equipment, the old conveyor belt can be cut off at any point. For sloping conveying drying equipment, the cutting point should be selected to prevent sliding out of control due to dead weight.
5. In workplaces not suitable for shelf mounting, the teflon conveyor belt can be unrolled, and the folded Teflon conveyor belt should have a large enough radius of curvature to prevent damage to the teflon conveyor belt. It is prohibited to place heavy objects on the folded Teflon conveyor belt.
6. After the position of the new conveyor belt is laid horizontal in the drying equipment, one end of the conveyor belt is fixed with a clamp, and then connected to the rope that bypasses the kun and the belt wheel, the balanced frame of teflon conveyor belt is placed on the drying equipment through the traction device. During traction, the teflon conveyor belt and the frame should be prevented from squeezing each other.
