1. The adhesive film that has been used is coated on the joint, which destroys the initial adhesive strength of the original adhesive;


2. The adhesive film is polluted and loses its activity, resulting in insufficient bonding strength;


3. The temperature of the joint industrial electric iron did not meet the requirements, so that the film inside was not fully melted;

4. The adhesive film is not placed correctly, and the edge seam is not adequately coated with glue;


5. There is no pressure on the joint edge joint after bonding;


6, the thickness of the glue coating is not uniform, the thin layer of the glue is dry first, the thick place of the solvent has not evaporated, there is no initial adhesion, resulting in virtual adhesion;

7. Incorrect alignment during bonding, leaving air in the bonding surface.
