Teflon high temperature cloth or teflon high temperature cloth is made of polytetrafluoroethylene (commonly known as plastic King) emulsion and impregnated with high performance glass fiber cloth. It is a new product of high performance and multi-purpose composite materials.
Because of its excellent performance, teflon high-temperature cloth is widely used in aviation, paper making, food, environmental protection, printing and dyeing, clothing, chemical industry, glass, medicine, electronics, insulation, construction (roofing membrane structure base cloth), grinding wheel slice, machinery and other fields.
It can be used for anti-corrosion coating, lining and liner, anti-stick transport belt, high-frequency copper clad plate, building film material, insulating material, microwave drying conveyor belt, flexible compensator, friction material, etc.
Causes of damage to teflon high-temperature cloth during use:
1. Deviation of high-temperature cloth with Teflon: When the damage degree along the center line of high-temperature cloth is different, the tensile rate of both sides will change, which will directly lead to the deviation of high-temperature cloth in operation and produce a crease.
2. Teflon surface coating wear: Due to long time of high temperature cloth with the active wheel, passive wheel and bearing roller friction, surface teflon coating is worn, and then affect the strength of the joint.
3. Low strength of teflon high-temperature cloth: The user strained the main and passive wheel for a long time, which led to tensioning of the high-temperature cloth. In addition, the glass fiber inside the high-temperature cloth was oxidized and destroyed by space for a long time, which greatly reduced the strength.
